The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development, integrations, Apex, and Lightning technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Aura, and Visualforce.Build and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Scheduled Jobs.Develop reusable Lightning Web Components and Salesforce Flows.Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.Work with SOQL/SOSL, data models, security, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.Participate in requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support.Follow Salesforce best practices for coding, performance, security, and governor limits.Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, QA teams, and other developers in an Agile environment.Support deployment activities using Git, Copado, Gearset, or Salesforce DevOps tools.Required Skills6–8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce Flows.Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.Strong understanding of Salesforce integrations and APIs.Good knowledge of Salesforce security and sharing model.Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.Understanding of CI/CD and Salesforce deployment processes.Good problem-solving and communication skills.Preferred SkillsSalesforce Platform Developer I/II certification.Experience with Apex integration, middleware, and external systems.Knowledge of Git, Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins.Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.Experience working on enterprise Salesforce implementations.📩 Interested candidates can share their updated resume at hr@runmapglobal.com
