Role: Senior Salesforce DeveloperLocation: London Area – HybridPaying between £70,000 - £85,000 (DoE) Love solving complex Salesforce challenges and looking to take ownership of the technical stream? Passionate about Salesforce, and broadening expertise across other platforms like AWS, Data and Ai Solutions. We're supporting a highly regarded Salesforce consultancy that's looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with a clear roadmap to step into Technical Lead within the first 6-12 months.This is an opportunity to work on medium and enterprise-scale Salesforce programmes where you'll have genuine ownership of technical decisions, collaborate with talented Architects and Consultants, and mentor the next generation of developers. If you enjoy tackling complex integrations, building scalable solutions and working directly with clients to solve business problems, this role offers plenty to get stuck into.These projects will be diverse in industry from retail, healthcare, fintech and travel implementing multi solutions including niche in-demand applications like data360, marketing cloud next and Agentforce as well as wider integrations e.g AWS.You'll lead the technical delivery of sophisticated Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds, combining hands-on development with technical leadership.Your day-to-day will include:Designing and developing scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow and enterprise design patternsBuilding secure integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, webhooks and OAuthLeading code reviews and championing development best practices across the teamWorking closely with Solution Architects and clients to turn business requirements into elegant technical solutionsDriving modern DevOps practices using Git, Salesforce DX and CI/CD pipelinesMentoring developers and helping shape technical standards across projectsThis isn't just another development role… You'll join a consultancy that genuinely invests in its people, encourages new ideas and gives senior developers the freedom to influence technical direction rather than simply deliver tickets.We're looking for someone who has...Ideally 5 + years of Salesforce development experienceStrong expertise in Apex, LWC and Salesforce platform developmentSales / Service Cloud experience Ideally experience with Data Cloud, Mulesoft, AWS integrations - Desired Experience delivering complex API integrationsA solid understanding of modern development practices, source control and deployment pipelinesSalesforce Platform Developer I certification (additional certifications are a bonus)The confidence to engage with stakeholders, lead technical discussions and mentor othersPlatform Developer II or Architecture certifications (Desired)This consulting partner is at the top of a lot of peoples lists from the flat hierarchy, proven fast tracked career plans and vibrant social culture which has resulted in an average tenure of 4 years in the business.
