Team members work in a dynamic environment that values technical excellence, problem-solving, and continuous learning.Role Description The Senior Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced Salesforce solutions that align with client business requirements and best practices. This full-time, on-site role is based in Jaipur and involves working closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate functional needs into technical specifications. Daily tasks include building and customizing Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integrations, as well as maintaining existing solutions and resolving issues. The role also includes reviewing code, mentoring junior developers, optimizing performance, and ensuring adherence to security, data integrity, and compliance standards. The Senior Salesforce Developer will participate in sprint planning, documentation, testing, and deployment activities within an agile environment.Qualifications Strong Salesforce development skills, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components/Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce configuration.Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and data migration techniques.Proficiency in core programming concepts, object-oriented design, and web technologies (such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL/SOQL).Ability to analyze business requirements, design scalable solutions, and create technical specifications and documentation.Experience working in agile teams, using version control, CI/CD pipelines, and standard development lifecycle practices.Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Administrator, or Integration Architecture Designer) are highly beneficial.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to mentor others and work with cross-functional teams.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
