Senior Salesforce Developer

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Salesforce Developer – Apex, LWC & Integrations to design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and support CRM solutions on the Salesforce platform.The successful candidate will work across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, supporting multiple integrations, automations, web services, and enterprise CRM capabilities. This role will serve as a key technical point of contact for Salesforce solutions and will contribute to the continued development of CRM platform.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, deploy, and support Salesforce CRM solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flows, and declarative tools.Design, build, and support secure and scalable integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST, SOAP, Streaming APIs, and web services.Implement and manage authentication and authorization mechanisms, including OAuth 2.0, SSO, SAML, JWT, Named Credentials, and Connected Apps.Translate complex business requirements into effective, secure, and scalable Salesforce solutions.Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting to cross-functional teams.Optimize Salesforce performance, including query efficiency, secure coding, scalability, and governor-limit management.Act as the technical point of contact for Salesforce-related issues, solution design, and production support.Mentor and guide junior developers through code reviews, best practices, and knowledge sharing.Identify, manage, and mitigate technical risks, escalating issues where required.Support Salesforce releases, security updates, vulnerability remediation, penetration testing, and security audits.Own and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and release governance using Salesforce DX, Git, Copado, or equivalent tools.Enforce version-control and branching strategies across development teams.Define and implement testing strategies, including unit testing, integration testing, deployment quality gates, and release validation.Stay current with Salesforce platform releases, security updates, and new capabilities.Required Skills & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.8+ years of professional experience working on the Salesforce platform.Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and hands-on expertise in:ApexLightning Web Components (LWC)JavaScriptSOQL/SOSLSalesforce APIs and integrationsExperience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.Strong experience with asynchronous processing, including Batch Apex, Future Methods, Queueable Apex, and Scheduled Jobs.Knowledge of Salesforce security architecture, data sharing, access controls, and permissions.Hands-on experience with OAuth 2.0, SAML, JWT, SSO, Connected Apps, and Named Credentials.Proven experience in performance optimization and governor-limit management.Experience working in financial services, FinTech, brokerage, or another regulated environment.Experience delivering solutions in an Agile/Scrum environment.Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, mentoring, and stakeholder-management skills.Previous professional experience in the UAE is required.English proficiency is required; Arabic language skills will be an advantage.Preferred CertificationsSalesforce Platform Developer ISalesforce Platform Developer IISalesforce AdministratorSalesforce Architect certificationsWhat You’ll BringStrong technical ownership and a passion for Salesforce development.A security-conscious and performance-focused approach to solution design.The ability to translate complex requirements into practical CRM solutions.Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with business users, technology teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders.A commitment to quality, continuous improvement, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
