This hybrid role combines technical Salesforce development with hands-on platform administration, requiring a candidate who can manage both declarative configuration and custom code-based solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for platform health, user support, new feature delivery, and ensuring a seamless experience for business stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesSalesforce AdministrationManage user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings including sharing rules and field-level securityConfigure and maintain standard and custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, record types, and Lightning pagesOwn platform hygiene including environment refresh, AppExchange product management, and systems maintenanceManage Salesforce support requests and escalated administrative needs, providing prompt resolution to technical challengesMonitor system health and proactively identify opportunities to leverage Salesforce for process improvementSalesforce DevelopmentDesign, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex classes, triggers, and batch jobsBuild and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Visualforce pages for custom user interfacesDevelop and manage integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIsWrite and optimize SOQL/SOSL queries for reporting and data operationsConfigure automation using Flows, Workflow Rules, and Process Builder with a focus on Flow-first designCollaboration & SupportPartner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutionsProvide L2/L3 production support including incident management, root cause analysis, and resolutionDocument technical specifications, processes, and solutions for knowledge sharingParticipate in release management, sandbox deployments, and change request deliveryRequired Skills & QualificationsExperience: 6–8 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration and Development experienceCertifications: Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I required; additional certifications (Advanced Admin, Platform Developer II, App Builder) are a strong plusTechnical Expertise:Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce FlowExperience with Salesforce security model, sharing mechanisms, and data modelSolid experience with Sales Cloud (Service Cloud exposure is advantageous)Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIsFamiliarity with Git or equivalent version control and CI/CD pipelinesSoft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as within a teamPreferred QualificationsExperience in a B2B environment or large enterprise Salesforce instanceExposure to Einstein AI, Agentforce, or similar AI-native Salesforce featuresExperience with data migration and ETL tools (Data Loader, Workbench)Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodology
