We help organisations implement, improve and extend Salesforce through CRM implementations, custom business applications, integrations, customer portals and voice-enabled service solutions. We are expanding our delivery team in Dhaka and looking for three capable, hands-on Salesforce professionals who enjoy building solutions, solving problems and taking ownership of their work. The roleYou will deliver configuration, automation and development across customer Salesforce projects, primarily involving Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and custom Salesforce Platform applications, with opportunities to contribute to Experience Cloud, integrations and Salesforce Voice implementations. Our UK-based senior consultants and solution architects will lead customer relationships, requirements discovery and overall solution design. Your focus will be turning agreed requirements into reliable, well-tested Salesforce functionality. This is a hands-on project delivery role. You should be comfortable understanding an assigned requirement, asking sensible questions, completing the work and preparing it for review and deployment without needing step-by-step supervision.Successful candidates will need strong Salesforce fundamentals, but you are not expected to be an expert in every product or technology listed below.Key responsibilitiesSalesforce configuration and custom applications: Configure Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and custom business applications, including objects, fields, relationships, record types, Lightning pages, page layouts, validation rules, reports and dashboards. Translate agreed requirements into practical, maintainable solutions.Automation: Build, debug and improve Salesforce Flows, including screen flows, record-triggered flows and scheduled automation. Consider error handling, processing efficiency and interactions with existing automation.Development and integrations: Deliver technical changes appropriate to your specialism, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, API integrations, MCP and LLM connections. Work within agreed designs and collaborate with senior colleagues where architectural decisions or more complex development are required.Existing-system improvements and troubleshooting: Understand inherited configurations and code, investigate defects, identify dependencies and implement changes without disrupting existing processes. Be comfortable improving an established environment as well as building new functionality.Data management and security: Prepare, map, import and validate data; support migrations and cleansing activities; and configure appropriate access through permission sets, profiles, roles, sharing settings and field-level security.Testing, documentation and releases: Test against acceptance criteria, perform regression testing, support user acceptance testing and resolve defects. Follow the team’s source-control, review and deployment procedures, and document changes clearly for other team members.Delivery ownership: Estimate assigned tasks, keep work items updated and raise questions, blockers or risks early. Provide clear handovers showing what has been completed, how it was tested and any outstanding limitations.Essential experience and skillsAt least three years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including implementation projects, substantial enhancements or ongoing project delivery.Strong administration and configuration skills across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with an understanding of how Salesforce supports real business processes.Strong Salesforce Flow capability, including independently building, debugging and maintaining automation.A sound understanding of data modelling, platform security and access management, alongside practical experience with data imports and troubleshooting.Experience taking changes from requirement through build, testing and deployment, with attention to quality, maintainability and the impact on existing functionality.Clear written and spoken English, enabling effective collaboration with UK colleagues, useful technical documentation and timely communication of progress or problems. You should exercise judgement within an agreed brief, recognise when clarification or technical review is needed, and understand the business purpose of your work—not simply follow configuration instructions.Specialist experienceWe are looking for the following complementary strengths across the three hires.Configuration-led: Service Cloud and service operationsStrong configuration and automation skills, with deeper experience in case management, Service Console, queues, routing and Omni-Channel.Experience with Salesforce Voice, OpenCTI, Amazon Connect or other contact-centre integrations would be particularly valuable, but is not essential where your Service Cloud fundamentals are strong.Configuration-led: Custom applications and Experience CloudStrong experience building or enhancing custom Salesforce applications, including data models, business-process automation and user interfaces.Experience with Experience Cloud, Experience Builder, customer portals, external-user access and sharing is particularly desirable. You should be comfortable working beyond standard lead, opportunity and case processes.Development-led: Apex, Lightning Web Components and integrationsFor this position, practical experience with Apex classes and triggers, SOQL, Lightning Web Components and API integrations is required. You should be able to write meaningful automated tests, debug existing code, handle bulk data safely, work within Salesforce platform limits and use Git or an equivalent source-control workflow. Integration experience should include authentication, data mapping, error handling and troubleshooting. You must also be comfortable undertaking ordinary Salesforce configuration and automation work. This is not a code-only role.Certifications and additional experienceRelevant Salesforce administration, app-building or developer certifications are strongly preferred. Demonstrable delivery capability will also be assessed during recruitment.Experience working for a Salesforce consultancy or systems integrator, supporting multiple customer environments, or collaborating with an international delivery team would be valuable.Additional experience with MuleSoft, nonprofit Salesforce implementations or managed-package development is welcome but not essential. What success looks likeYou deliver assigned work to an agreed standard, supported by clear documentation and evidence of testing. Your colleagues know what is progressing, what is blocked and what is ready for review. You become someone our UK team can confidently hand work to: someone who understands the requirement, makes sensible implementation decisions, takes feedback constructively and raises issues before they become delivery problems. Why join RocketCX?You will work on varied customer projects alongside experienced Salesforce consultants, developers and solution architects. There will be opportunities to deepen your technical specialism, broaden your platform knowledge and take on more complex delivery responsibilities.Your contribution will be directly visible in the quality of the solutions we deliver to customers.
