Apply & track with Apply EdgeRole OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, build, integrate, and supportscalable Salesforce applications. The role focuses on Salesforce Sales Cloud and SalesforceCPQ, with responsibility for translating business requirements into secure, maintainablesolutions and supporting the team through code reviews, technical guidance, and reliablereleases.Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and enhance applications on Salesforce Sales Cloud and the SalesforcePlatform.- Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ and Advanced Approvals to support quoting andapproval processes.- Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, andLightning Web Components (LWC).- Translate functional requirements into technical designs, Salesforce configurations, anddevelopment tasks.- Design and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems usingREST/SOAP APIs, web services, and secure authentication patterns.- Develop bulk-safe, scalable code that follows Salesforce governor limits and platform bestpractices.- Apply Salesforce security practices, including appropriate record access, object permissions,and field-level security.- Manage source control, CI/CD deployments, and Salesforce environments using Copado.- Support release planning, deployment validation, defect resolution, and post-releasetroubleshooting.- Review code and technical designs; provide clear specifications and guidance to developers.- Mentor junior developers and promote consistent Salesforce development and deliverypractices.- Coordinate with functional teams, QA, DevOps, and project stakeholders to deliver changesthat meet business needs.Required Experience and Skills- At least 5 years of Salesforce development experience, including at least 3 years of hands-onSalesforce CPQ experience.- Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce platform development.- Hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL, JavaScript, Lightning Web Components, andSalesforce APIs.- Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Advanced Approvals configuration and customization.- Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs or webservices.- Experience with Copado or a comparable Salesforce CI/CD and release management tool.- Understanding of Salesforce security, governor limits, bulk processing, testing, anddeployment practices.- Ability to interpret functional requirements and communicate technical solutions clearly.Required Certifications- Salesforce Administrator- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder- Salesforce CPQ certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist or current equivalent)Preferred Qualifications- Previous experience as a technical lead or senior developer on Salesforce projects.- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II- Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification- Copado certification- Salesforce Architect certification- Experience with source control and modern software delivery practices- Familiarity with newer Salesforce platform capabilities, including Agentforce, where relevantTechnology StackSalesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Advanced Approvals, Apex, SOQL, Visualforce,Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, JavaScript, TypeScript, REST/SOAP APIs, webservices, and Copado.
