Apply & track with Apply EdgeRole Overview The Senior Salesperson will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with Polish companies, understanding their technology and digital transformation requirements, and converting opportunities into long-term clients.The ideal candidate should have strong experience selling IT services /software solutions, an established understanding of the Polish business market, and excellent communication skills in Polish and English.Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies for the Polish market.Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, events, and partnerships.Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers, business owners, and senior management.Understand client business processes and identify opportunities for IT consulting, ERP, CRM, automation, AI, data, and custom software solutions.Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure.Work closely with Business Consultants, Project Managers, and technical teams to prepare appropriate solutions and proposals.Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts.Attend industry events, business networking opportunities, and client meetings across Poland.Support Dataweaver's long-term growth and brand presence in the Polish market.Develop strategic partnerships and channel opportunities with local consultants, technology providers, and business networks.Required Experience & Skills 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within an IT services, software, SaaS, ERP, CRM, or digital transformation company.Proven experience in generating and closing new business.Strong understanding of the Polish B2B market and business culture.Fluent Polish with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Good English communication skills for working with international teams and clients.Experience selling technology or consulting services to SMEs or mid-market companies.Strong negotiation, presentation, networking, and relationship-management skills.Ability to build a sales pipeline independently and take ownership of revenue targets.Willingness to travel within Poland for client meetings and business development activities.Preferred / Additional Advantage Experience working with clients in FMCG, D2C, E-commerce, Retail, Manufacturing, or Consumer Goods will be a strong advantage.Experience with or understanding of ERP, CRM, business automation, AI solutions, data analytics, or digital transformation will also be valuable.Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is not just an order-taker, but a business development professional who understands how IT solutions can solve business problems.
