Senior SAP ABAP Developer

SchutzOn is a technology company delivering R&D, product development, SAP cybersecurity solutions, and ERP-related consulting and support services for customers in Türkiye and abroad. We are looking for Senior SAP ABAP Developers to join our team in Munich, Germany and Istanbul, Türkiye and contribute to the development and evolution of our SAP-Cybersecurity focused products and customer solutions.Location: Munich Germany / Istanbul, TürkiyeEmployment Type: Full-timeExperience: Minimum 8 years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experienceResponsibilitiesDevelop, enhance, and maintain SAP ABAP-based products, custom developments, and integrations.Participate in the design and development of SAP cybersecurity, audit, compliance, and security monitoring solutions.Develop integrations between SAP systems and external platforms, services, and security tools.Analyze technical requirements and deliver maintainable, scalable, and high-quality ABAP solutions.Perform debugging, performance optimization, unit testing, and technical documentation activities.Support customer implementations, technical delivery activities, and ongoing product deployments.Collaborate with SAP Security, BASIS, cybersecurity, product, and software development teams.Contribute to R&D initiatives, product roadmap discussions, and new product capabilities.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, Mathematics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.At least 8 years of professional experience in SAP ABAP development.Strong knowledge of ABAP Objects and modern SAP ABAP development practices.Experience with custom reports, enhancements, user exits, BAdIs, BAPIs, RFCs, interfaces, and SAP integration scenarios.Experience with ABAP Development on SAP BTPStrong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.Experience working with technical specifications, functional requirements, and SAP development lifecycle processes.Professional working proficiency in written and spoken English.Ability to work effectively with international teams, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders.Analytical mindset, ownership, strong communication skills, and a solution-oriented approach.Preferred QualificationsExperience with SAP Security, SAP GRC, audit, compliance, authorization concepts, or cybersecurity-related SAP solutions.Experience with SAP S/4HANA, CDS Views, OData services, Fiori-related backend development, RAP, or other modern SAP technologies.Experience developing integrations with SIEM, SOAR, IAM, monitoring, or external security platforms.Experience in product development, R&D, SaaS, or enterprise software teams.Familiarity with Git, CI/CD practices, code review workflows, and structured release processes.Experience using AI-assisted software development tools such as Claude Code, Claude Cowork, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar environments.How to ApplyPlease apply through LinkedIn or send your CV to hello@schutzon.com with the subject line:Senior SAP ABAP Developer Application
