Job Title: SAP Functional Project Lead / Business Analyst

Location: Basking Ridge, NJ OR Irving, TX (Hybrid - 3 Days/Week Onsite)Relocation : Candidates willing to relocate to Basking Ridge, NJ or Irving, TX will be considered.Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Project Lead / Business Analyst to support enterprise SAP transformation initiatives.

This role requires a strong blend of functional SAP expertise, business analysis, project leadership, and data management experience.The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between business and technology teams, driving requirements gathering, gap analysis, process improvements, testing, deployment support, and master data management activities across SAP environments.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze existing business processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities.Gather, document, and validate business requirements.Perform gap analysis and recommend functional solutions.Develop functional specifications, process flows, and business documentation.Lead functional design, testing, implementation, and post-production support activities.Support Contract and Pricing Data Management processes within SAP.Manage master data and ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance.Execute data validation and reporting activities using SAP tools.Coordinate with cross-functional business and IT stakeholders.Provide project status updates and support change management initiatives.Lead testing efforts, defect resolution, and go-live support.Required Skills7-10+ years of SAP Functional Business Analysis experience.Strong experience with:SAP S/4HANASAP MDG (Master Data Governance)SAP FIORISQVIExperience with Contract and Pricing Data Management in SAP.Experience leading functional workstreams for SAP implementations.Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.Expertise in data analysis, reporting, and process improvement.Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting large SAP transformation programs.Telecommunications or Wireless industry experience.Strong project management capabilities.Experience with G Suite applications.Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.At Radiant Digital, we provide IT solutions and consulting services to help government agencies and businesses in the USA, Canada, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.
