This role involves engaging with business stakeholders to gather requirements, designing scalable solutions, configuring and customizing SAP Business ByDesign modules, and ensuring seamless integration with related systems. The consultant will oversee project delivery activities including solution design, testing, user training, go-live support, and post-implementation stabilization. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing business processes, creating functional specifications, collaborating with technical teams, preparing documentation, and providing proactive guidance on best practices and process improvements. The role also includes mentoring junior consultants, contributing to internal knowledge assets, and supporting pre-sales activities such as solution demos and effort estimations.Qualifications Strong proficiency in SAP Business ByDesign, including configuration, customization, and integration of core modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, CRM, Project Management).Proven experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, and documentation for ERP implementations.Hands-on expertise in testing, data migration, user training, and change management within SAP Business ByDesign projects.Solid understanding of enterprise applications, cloud-based ERP concepts, and integration with related platforms and APIs.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead client workshops.Experience mentoring junior consultants and contributing to project governance and quality assurance.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.Previous consulting experience with SAP solutions and familiarity with industries such as BFS
