Senior SAP Consultant

Job ResponsibilitiesProvide ERP (SAP) implementation consulting services for companies expanding into Southeast Asia, from solution planning through implementation and post-implementation support.Lead business transformation and SAP implementation projects for the relevant SAP functional module, in collaboration with the Japan headquarters.Gather and define business requirements and conduct Fit/Gap analysis.Design, configure, and support SAP solutions based on clients' business processes and requirements.Collaborate with internal technical teams, engineers, and external outsourcing partners to deliver successful SAP implementation projects.Analyze clients' business process challenges and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.Engage directly with clients to understand business issues, design suitable processes, and provide functional consulting support.Support project activities throughout the requirements definition, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and go-live phases.Depending on project requirements, travel to client sites across Malaysia, Singapore, and other Southeast Asian countries.Required ExperienceMust-have:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.Minimum 5 years of SAP experience, preferably within SAP consulting, implementation consulting, or System Integrator (SI) environments.Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation or rollout project.Strong experience in business requirement gathering, Fit/Gap analysis, SAP configuration/customization, testing, implementation, and user support.
