Key Responsibilities

Design and implement enhancements in SAP CRM using ABAP Objects, BAdIs, user exits, and the Enhancement Framework.Develop and adapt SAP CRM WebUI components using BSP and the Component Workbench.Implement technical solutions in the CRM One Order Framework, including business transactions, partners, status, and action logic.Develop and troubleshoot interfaces using CRM Middleware, BDocs, IDocs, RFCs, and integration services.Analyze defects, debug cross-system processes, perform root-cause analysis, and optimize application performance.Support test automation, migration cycles, cutover, go-live, hypercare, code reviews, documentation, and knowledge transfer.Required skills:5+ years of SAP CRM ABAP developmentABAP Objects and modern ABAP practicesSAP CRM 7.0 / SAP Customer ManagementSAP CRM WebUI and BSPCRM Component WorkbenchCRM One Order FrameworkBAdIs, user exits, and Enhancement FrameworkCRM Middleware and BDoc troubleshootingIDoc, RFC, and ODATA interface developmentDebugging and root-cause analysisPerformance analysis and optimizationTransport and release managementAgile delivery using Jira and ConfluenceEnglish: fluentSoftskills:Hands-on senior developer who can turn functional designs into robust, maintainable SAP CRM solutions, collaborate across CRM & ERP teams, and resolve critical issues during rollout and go-live phases
