We are seeking a Senior SAP EWM Architect to spearhead a high-stakes, multi-warehouse embedded basic EWM implementation on SAP S/4HANA 2025 delivered via a single, global "big-bang" deployment.In this role, you will own the global template design, replace legacy transaction workflows, and lead a high-performing offshore delivery team to success.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect the Global Template: Lead the end-to-end blueprinting, design, and configuration of an embedded basic EWM solution across multiple physical warehouses.Orchestrate the Big-Bang: Mitigate risks and drive readiness for a complex, multi-site, single-instance cutover and go-live.Own the Core Scope: Design robust configurations for inbound/outbound, production integration, Handling Unit (HU) management, and strict Serial Number tracking.Master Complex Ecosystems: Architect seamless processes for specialized stock types (HazMat, Consignment, VMI) and internal SAP modules (PM/PS).Drive Integrations: Design high-impact RICEFWs to connect S/4HANA with IBM Maximo and external 3PL provider systems.Optimize UX: Standardize mobile warehouse execution utilizing RF frameworks, Mobile GUI, and SAP Screen Personas.Lead Globally: Direct, mentor, and review the technical delivery of an extensive offshore development and configuration team.What We Are Looking ForThe Lead Experience: 10+ years of hands-on SAP EWM experience, with multiple full-lifecycle projects serving as the Lead/Principal Architect.S/4HANA Mastery: Direct expertise in Embedded EWM (S/4HANA 2022+ required; version 2025 preferred) with a deep understanding of basic license boundaries.Scale Champions: Proven track record of managing multi-warehouse rollouts and executing high-pressure "big-bang" deployments.Offshore Leadership: Demonstrated success driving delivery through distributed, multi-national offshore teams.Integration Experts: Strong proficiency in API-led architectures, IDocs, BAPIs, and OData for Maximo/3PL data flows.
