This role is ideal for a senior SAP FI/CO Finance consultant with strong hands-on expertise, fluent English, and the ability to lead and support a team working with international customers across Application Managed Services and SAP S/4HANA-related projects.Key Responsibilities:Lead and support the AMS SAP FICO Nearshore team in Belgrade, providing functional guidance, mentoring, peer reviews, and day-to-day coordinationAct as a key contact for SAP FI/CO Finance topics within Application Managed Services and SAP S/4HANA-related activitiesGather requirements from users and translate business needs into functional SAP FI/CO solutionsDesign, configure, implement, and optimize SAP FI/CO customization in line with business requirements and SAP best practicesPrepare, review, and execute test cases, support user acceptance testing, and assist with issue and defect resolutionCollect, define, and write functional specifications for enhancements and system changesAnalyze incidents and process issues, identify root causes, and clearly communicate next steps to end users and stakeholdersRecord issues and related solutions to support the growth and integrity of the internal Knowledge BaseComplete service delivery documentation and support knowledge transfer across the teamRequired Qualifications:At least 5 years of experience as an SAP FI/CO consultant, including implementation and/or Application Managed Services activitiesMandatory strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO Finance processes, configuration, and integration pointsHands-on experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environmentsExperience with requirements analysis, functional specifications, testing, end-user support, and incident resolutionPrevious experience in a senior consultant or team lead role, with the ability to mentor and support team membersBachelor’s degree or higher education in a relevant fieldStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skillsFluent English, both written and spokenNice to Have:Knowledge of the Italian languageExperience with additional finance-related SAP areas such as AA, TR, AP, AR, BA, IHC, or CO-PAExperience with integration topics involving MM, SD, PS, or other SAP modulesWhat You Can Expect:Competitive compensation based on experience and skillsHybrid work model - flexibility to combine office and remote workPrivate health insuranceFitPass membershipAccess to language learning via our E-learning platformSupportive, open, and informal team cultureWe are looking forward to meeting you — good luck!
