Senior SAP FICO Consultant

SALARY: Upto 80M GrossWe are seeking a Senior SAP FICO Consultant to join our team and contribute to large-scale SAP consulting and transformation projects.This role is designed for an experienced SAP professional who can independently manage functional activities, engage with business stakeholders, and translate business needs into practical SAP solutions.Role Description:Engage with business stakeholders to understand current processes, identify pain points, and define functional requirements.Facilitate workshops and discussions to align business expectations with SAP capabilities.Translate business requirements into functional solution designs and implementation approaches.Take ownership of SAP FICO configuration and provide recommendations to improve system and process efficiency.Prepare clear functional documentation for development and implementation activities.Coordinate with technical consultants throughout the development, testing, and deployment stages.Plan and execute functional testing, troubleshoot issues, and support business users during UAT.Work across teams to ensure SAP FICO processes work effectively with related modules and surrounding systems.Investigate and resolve complex functional issues arising during implementation and after go-live.Contribute to SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, and application support engagements.Identify opportunities to simplify business processes and make better use of SAP functionality.Share knowledge and provide technical guidance to less-experienced consultants.Manage assigned work independently while maintaining project quality and agreed timelines.Qualifications8+ years of hands-on SAP experience.Experience participating in at least 5 end-to-end SAP implementation projects.Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO processes and configuration.Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into workable SAP solutions.Experience working throughout different stages of an SAP project, from requirements and design through testing and go-live.Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.Good command of English and Vietnamese.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic background.Additional advantagesExposure to SAP S/4HANA projects.Experience working with international clients or multicultural project teams.Benefits: Full salary paid during probation.Social insurance calculated on the full salary.Additional health and accident insurance coverage.Annual health check-up and other healthcare support.Access to SAP learning resources and support for professional certifications.Training opportunities with internal and external SAP experts.Opportunities to work on both local and international projects.Business travel opportunities with travel and accommodation arrangements provided.Structured career progression with opportunities to move towards Project Management, Team Leadership and Management.Professional and stable working environment with opportunities for continuous development.
