Senior SAP Finance Project ManagerMadiba is looking for a Senior SAP Project Manager to lead Financial Transformation, Financial Reporting, and Data Integration initiatives for industry-leading clients.What you'll do:Lead end-to-end SAP Finance delivery — Fit-Gap, POCs, UAT, deploymentOwn project plans, status reporting, risk & issue managementBe the primary business-facing lead with C-suite stakeholdersDrive and lead SAP finance reporting strategies and solutionsSAP Finance expertise we need:SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO) — GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cost/Profit Center AccountingUniversal Journal (ACDOCA) and the S/4HANA Finance data modelSAP Central Finance for consolidation across legacy ERP landscapesSAP Group Reporting / SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) / BW4HANARecord-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, and Procure-to-Pay process integrationFinance data migration (Migration Cockpit/LTMC/LSMW) and reconciliationSOX compliance, audit readiness, and GAAP/IFRS-driven solution designFinancial reporting focus:Statutory, management, regulatory, and board-level reportingP&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and variance/management reportingMulti-entity, multi-currency, multi-GAAP/IFRS consolidationChart-of-accounts design and financial data governanceWhat you bring:8–12 years of SAP Project Management experienceBachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or IT preferredStrong grasp of financial reporting, close & consolidation processesBig 6 Management Consulting background (preferred)Executive presence and proven C-suite engagementS/4HANA Data Warehouse experience is a plus#SAP #S4HANA #ProjectManagement #FinancialTransformation #Hiring #SAPFinance #Consulting
