Senior SAP Finance Transformation Lead

We are supporting a well-established consulting organisation that is looking for an experienced SAP Finance Transformation Lead to join its growing team in Switzerland.This is a senior client-facing role for someone who enjoys working on complex SAP transformation projects and helping businesses improve their finance processes, systems and ways of working.The RoleYou will work closely with senior stakeholders and project teams to deliver large SAP finance transformation programmes.Your responsibilities will include:Leading SAP Finance transformation projects from planning through to deliveryUnderstanding a client’s business and finance requirementsHelping design SAP solutions that support business goalsManaging different project streams and project teamsWorking with senior client stakeholders throughout the projectSupporting SAP S/4HANA transformation programmesHelping clients improve finance processes and operational efficiencyContributing to the development of the wider SAP Finance practiceSupporting business development and client discussions when requiredYou should have:Strong experience delivering SAP Finance transformation projectsExperience working on large or complex SAP programmesGood knowledge of SAP Finance and SAP S/4HANAExperience managing projects or workstreams from start to finishStrong client-facing and stakeholder management skillsExperience working with senior decision-makersA good understanding of finance processes and how technology can improve themPrevious consulting experience or experience working in a similar client-facing environmentStrong communication skillsFluent or professional-level German and EnglishLocation and TravelYou can be based in Zurich or Basel.You should also be comfortable travelling to client sites within Switzerland and, depending on the project, occasionally working in other locations.Why Consider This Opportunity?This is an opportunity to join a highly experienced SAP team and work on major business transformation programmes.You will have the chance to take ownership of complex projects, work with senior clients and play an important role in the continued growth of the SAP Finance practice.If you have strong SAP Finance transformation experience and are looking for a senior role with both delivery and client responsibility, we would be happy to speak with you.
