Senior SAP Marketing Cloud ConsultantExperience: 10 to 15 Years (Mandatory) Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru (Client Location) Employment Type: Full-TimeJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Senior SAP Marketing Cloud Consultant with 10 to 15 years of overall SAP experience and strong expertise in SAP Marketing Cloud and/or SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on implementation experience in customer engagement, campaign management, customer segmentation, personalization, and marketing automation within the SAP CX landscape.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end SAP Marketing Cloud implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.Gather and analyze business requirements from marketing and business stakeholders.Design and configure customer segmentation, target groups, customer journeys, marketing campaigns, and lead management processes.Implement personalized marketing campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and social media channels.Integrate SAP Marketing Cloud with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Service Cloud, SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC), and third-party systems.Configure marketing automation workflows, campaign execution, and performance monitoring.Develop analytics dashboards, campaign reports, and KPI tracking solutions.Support data migration, customer master data management, and data quality initiatives.Collaborate with Sales, CRM, Digital Commerce, and Analytics teams.Troubleshoot production issues and optimize solution performance.Mentor junior consultants and provide functional and technical guidance.Participate in solution architecture discussions, estimations, and pre-sales activities.Mandatory Skills10 to 15 years of overall SAP experience.Minimum 2-3 end-to-end SAP Marketing Cloud implementation projects.Strong expertise in:SAP Marketing CloudSAP Emarsys (preferred)Customer SegmentationTarget GroupsMarketing CampaignsCustomer JourneysMarketing AutomationLead & Opportunity ManagementCustomer Profiling & PersonalizationExperience integrating with:SAP S/4HANASAP Sales CloudSAP Service CloudSAP Commerce CloudSAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC)SAP CRMHands-on experience with:SAP CPI / SAP BTP Integration SuiteAPIs & OData ServicesCustomer Analytics & Campaign ReportingGDPR & Consent ManagementExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Preferred SkillsSAP Emarsys Customer EngagementSAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)Omnichannel Marketing SolutionsAI-driven Marketing & Predictive AnalyticsRecommendation EnginesCertifications (Preferred)SAP Marketing Cloud CertificationSAP Emarsys CertificationSAP CX CertificationsSAP BTP CertificationEducationBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.Soft SkillsExcellent stakeholder and client management skills.Strong communication and presentation abilities.Leadership and mentoring capabilities.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Work Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru (Client Location) Experience Range: Strictly 10 to 15 Years Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred.
