Joining our international team means delivering high-impact projects while shaping how manufacturers run their core processes in an AI-first landscape.The roleWe are looking for a Senior Business Analyst in the SAP Production Planning area to gather and analyse business requirements, map processes and translate business needs into clear functional specifications on international implementation, rollout and S/4HANA projects. You will work closely with process owners and key users, supporting the solution design and delivery within defined functional streams.What You Will DoAnalyse business requirements and translate them into functional specificationsMap AS-IS processes and support fit-gap analysis in SAP PPConfigure and support SAP PP processes, with exposure to QM and PMPrepare and support workshops, testing cycles and key-user trainingSupport international implementation and rollout projectsCollaborate with clients and cross-functional delivery teamsWhat we are looking forTo be considered for this role, candidates must have:4+ years of hands-on experience with SAP PPExperience in SAP implementation, rollout or S/4HANA migration projectsKnowledge of SAP QM and/or SAP PMUnderstanding of manufacturing processesPrevious experience in consulting companies or system integratorsProfessional proficiency in EnglishNice to haveThe following are not required but would be considered a plus:SAP WM/EWM and MES integration experienceSAP S/4HANA hands-on experienceABAP debugging knowledgeSAP BTP / SAP Business AI (Joule) – awareness of SAP’s clean-core and AI directionWhat we offerPermanent contractInternational projects and exposure across leading manufacturersHands-on work with the latest SAP S/4HANA and Business AI technologiesContinuous learning, certification support and a clear career pathA collaborative, people-centric working environmentLocation & compensation

Location: Milan, Italy.Expected salary range: € 45,000 – € 55,000 gross annual, with the final employment level and offer determined based on seniority, technical expertise, level of autonomy and responsibilities.
