SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Project Manager Owns end-to-end delivery of an SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation using the SAP Activate methodology and a clean-core operating model. Drives Fit-to-Standard workshops, quarterly-release adoption, and cutover across functional and technical workstreams.Key Responsibilities

Lead the full SAP Activate lifecycle (Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, Run) for the S/4HANA Public Cloud rollout, including planning for SAP's continuous quarterly release cycle.
Facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops and enforce a clean-core approach, steering the business toward standard functionality and routing extensions to the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
Coordinate delivery, backlog, and governance across the functional, integration, data migration, and change-management workstreams.
Manage cutover, data migration, testing, and hypercare planning, along with the SI exit and knowledge-transfer schedule.
Track risks, issues, dependencies, scope, and status reporting to program leadership and the steering committee.
Manage change control, release adoption, and transport/release coordination against the quarterly update cadence.
Own budget, resourcing, and vendor/SI management; right-size program management to run-rate in steady state and scale up for project work.Qualifications
8+ years of SAP delivery or program management, including 3+ years leading S/4HANA projects; S/4HANA Public Cloud (SaaS) experience strongly preferred.
At least one to two full-lifecycle S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations delivered end to end using SAP Activate.
Working knowledge of the clean-core model, Fit-to-Standard delivery, and side-by-side extensibility on SAP BTP.
Familiarity with core S/4HANA functional areas (Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Sales) and integration patterns (SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Integration Suite, APIs).
Strong stakeholder management, governance, and executive communication.
SAP Activate Project Manager certification a strong plus.
