🚀 WE ARE HIRING | SAP SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER📍 Location: United States- Richardson, TX/Travel🏭 Industry: Manufacturing🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end SAP implementations, S/4HANA transformations, rollouts, and enhancement projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, milestones, success criteria, and execution strategies aligned with business goals.Apply SAP Activate, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies to drive effective project planning and execution.Lead and coordinate cross-functional SAP teams, including SAP SD, MM, FICO, PP, EWM/WM, Basis, and Security.Oversee project quality assurance, including SIT, UAT, regression testing, cutover planning, and go-live readiness.🔹 Required Skills & ExperienceStrong experience managing SAP ERP implementations, S/4HANA transformations, and complex enterprise projects.Proven expertise in project planning, governance, delivery management, and execution.Hands-on experience with SAP Activate, Agile, and Waterfall project management methodologies.Strong understanding of SAP functional modules, including SD, MM, FICO, PP, EWM/WM, Basis, and Security.Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating complex SAP delivery workstreams.🔹 Preferred Skills & ExperienceExperience in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs within manufacturing or other complex enterprise environments.Knowledge of SAP implementation best practices, enterprise integration, and project delivery frameworks.Experience in organizational change management, business transformation, and end-user training.Experience preparing executive dashboards, project health reports, and KPI-based performance reviews.Ability to drive continuous improvement, delivery optimization, and project governance initiatives.Experience supporting presales activities, proposal development, and project estimation.
