Senior SAP RE/FX Consultant

As a Senior SAP RE/FX Consultant at Al-Marasem Development, you will play a key role in leading the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP Real Estate Management (RE/FX) solutions. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze complex requirements, provide expert functional guidance, and ensure seamless integration with other SAP systems while driving best practices and supporting the organization's digital transformation initiatives.Your responsibilities will encompass the following key areas:SAP RE/FX Solution Leadership:Lead the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of SAP RE/FX solutions in alignment with business requirements and SAP best practices. Analyze complex business needs and design effective functional solutions. Lead all project phases, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Real Estate Business Process Optimization:Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize lease management, property management, and real estate financial processes. Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. Prepare and review functional specifications, business process documentation, and solution designs. System Integration & Functional Expertise:Lead the integration of SAP RE/FX with SAP FI, CO, MM, and SAP S/4HANA. Troubleshoot complex functional issues and provide sustainable solutions. Oversee system enhancements, upgrades, and change requests while ensuring system stability. Testing, Training & Knowledge Transfer:Lead system testing activities, including integration testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Review test results and ensure high-quality solution delivery. Conduct advanced user training sessions and mentor junior SAP consultants. Stakeholder & Project Collaboration:Work closely with business leaders, project managers, developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Provide expert functional guidance and support throughout project execution. Communicate project progress, risks, and recommendations to management and key stakeholders. Continuous Improvement & Governance:Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging new SAP RE/FX capabilities and industry best practices. Ensure compliance with organizational standards, governance policies, and SAP implementation methodologies. Identify opportunities to improve system performance and support business growth. To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and attributes:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field. 4–7 years of experience in SAP consulting, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP RE/FX implementations and support. Strong expertise in SAP RE/FX configuration, lease contract management, property management, and real estate accounting processes. Extensive experience integrating SAP RE/FX with SAP FI/CO, MM, and SAP S/4HANA. Proven experience leading full SAP implementation projects, including solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. SAP RE/FX certification and experience in the real estate or construction industry are considered a strong advantage.
