Senior SAP S/4HANA EWM Consultant

Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA EWM Consultant to lead the design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of Extended Warehouse Management solutions within SAP S/4HANA environments. The ideal candidate has extensive experience delivering end-to-end implementations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving warehouse process improvements for complex supply chain operations. This role requires full professional fluency in both English and Spanish, as the consultant will work with international stakeholders and multicultural teams on a daily basis.Key ResponsibilitiesLead SAP S/4HANA EWM implementation and rollout projects from design through go-live and hypercare.Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP EWM solutions.Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA EWM to support business processes.Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and key users in both English and Spanish.Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and system integrations.Collaborate closely with technical teams, developers, and integration specialists.Coordinate and execute functional testing, including Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Provide production support and resolve complex functional issues.Identify opportunities to optimize warehouse operations and logistics processes.Work collaboratively with SAP MM, SD, PP, TM, ABAP, Basis, and integration teams.Required Qualifications5+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP EWM Consultant.Proven experience implementing SAP S/4HANA EWM in end-to-end projects.Strong expertise in SAP EWM configuration and customization.Solid understanding of warehouse management and supply chain processes.Experience with:Inbound ProcessingOutbound ProcessingPutaway StrategiesPickingPackingInternal Warehouse MovementsPhysical InventoryReplenishmentWave ManagementHandling Units (HU)Resource Management and/or Labor ManagementExperience integrating SAP EWM with SAP MM, SD, and PP.Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders and lead functional workshops.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is mandatory. Candidates must be comfortable leading meetings, workshops, and client interactions in both languages.Availability to travel to Aguascalientes, Mexico, as required.Nice to HaveSAP S/4HANA EWM Certification.Experience with SAP TM, Yard Logistics, or MFS.Experience with RF Framework and mobile warehouse solutions.Knowledge of warehouse automation technologies (AS/RS, conveyors, robotics, PLC integrations).Experience with global SAP rollouts or multi-country implementations.Experience in manufacturing, retail, consumer goods, logistics, or distribution industries.Familiarity with SAP BTP integrations is a plus.
