Senior SAP S/4HANA FI-CO Functional Consultant

We are hiring Senior SAP S/4 HANA FI-CO Functional ConsultantAzizi Developments is a leading UAE-based private real estate developer with a growing portfolio of landmark residential and mixed-use developments. Our corporate functions play a critical role in supporting the Group’s strategy, growth, governance and long-term business objectives.

Job Responsibilities

Lead the implementation, rollout and support of SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling – General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Centre and Profit Centre Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Project System, Results Analysis and month-end/year-end close.Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements.Facilitate fit-gap workshops with business users and process owners to gather requirements and prepare business blueprint documents.Map business requirements, processes and objectives, and develop the system changes needed to meet them.Design, configure, customize and test FI-CO solutions, including unit, integration and user acceptance testing.Identify gaps and issues and propose workaround solutions.Provide production support: investigate, analyze and resolve incidents and change requests within agreed service levels.Prepare functional specifications for custom developments (reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms), plus test cases and results.Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.Support S/4HANA upgrades, migrations (including RISE with SAP) and rollouts for new legal entities, as well as ongoing support.Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team, including working with developers on custom programs and interfaces.Prepare training materials and standard operating procedures (SOPs), and deliver end-user training.Work independently and mentor junior team members.Manage Treasury, Funds Management and Group Reporting (consolidation, including inter-company matching and reconciliation).Manage interfaces with banks and third-party systems, and resolve interface errors.Ensure SAP remains compliant with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax requirements.Support internal and external audits with reports and reconcilable data.Educational QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree in Finance or a professional accounting qualification (CA/ACCA/CMA) preferred.Certifications: SAP S/4HANAYears of ExperienceMin: 8 yearsMax: 12 yearsPreferred CertificationCertifications: SAP Certified Associate – SAP S/4HANA for Financial Accounting and/or Management Accounting is preferred; SAP S/4HANA Treasury and Risk Management certification is an advantage.Experience in a Professional Services or Construction, Manufacturing or Real Estate company is an asset.Interested candidates please DM me or share resumes@wafa.abdul@azizidevelopments.com
