We provide everyday consumables, coffee, pre-cooked meals, and cellular services under one roof.About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced SAP professional to lead functional support and manage controlled change across SAP Retail, SD, MM/IM, WM and EWM. This role is central to keeping our retail and distribution operations running reliably as we continue to scale across Kuwait and KSA.Key ResponsibilitiesLead functional support across SAP Retail, SD, MM/IM, WM and EWM modulesManage and govern controlled change processes within the SAP landscapeResolve incidents and troubleshoot integration issues across modulesSupport testing cycles and data migration activitiesPartner with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into SAP solutionsParticipate in scheduled on-call support as requiredEssential Requirements7+ years of SAP functional experience, including 3+ years in S/4HANAHands-on SAP Retail / IS-Retail experience — mandatoryDeep expertise in at least two of: SD, MM, WM, or EWMAt least one end-to-end S/4HANA implementation or conversion, followed by production supportStrong experience in incident resolution, integration troubleshooting, testing, and data migrationWillingness to be based in Kuwait and participate in scheduled on-call supportPreferred QualificationsExperience in retail, grocery, FMCG, or multi-site distribution environmentsWhy Join Trolley? 🛒We're everywhere 24/7 across Kuwait and KSA, and growing fastReal impact your SAP work runs an entire retail network, not a back-office projectOne-stop culture same energy as our stores: fast, practical, no fluffRoom to grow as we expand into new formats and markets
