You will bridge business requirements with system design by configuring inventory, procurement, and service-parts flows to ensure seamless post-sale operations.Key Responsibilities Implementation & Solution Design – After-Sales & Spare PartsLead Fit-to-Standard workshops for SAP S/4HANA MM, IM, EWM integration, and Service Parts Management (SPM)Configure core MM & Purchasing for after-sales scenarios: spare parts procurement, reverse logistics, customer returnsDesign serialized inventory management, equipment tracking, batch management for maintenance & warrantyConfigure Special Procurement Types, subcontracting for repairs, and third-party repair order processing Cross-Functional IntegrationDrive end-to-end integration between SAP MM and:SD: Service orders, spare parts sales orders, returns processingCS/SM & PM: Spare parts consumption against service notifications, equipment BOMs, field service kitsFI/CO: Inventory valuation, material ledger, warranty cost pooling, internal order settlement Data Migration & TestingOversee extraction, cleansing, and loading of master data: Material Master, Business Partners/Vendors, Service Parts BOMs, Opening StockPrepare RICEFW functional specs, test scripts, and execute UT, SIT, UAT Post-Implementation & Hypercare SupportDrive cutover, stock migration, and opening balance verification during go-liveManage post-go-live after-sales incidents, RCA, and performance tuningConduct key-user training, build SOPs/process documentation, and enable knowledge transferRequired Qualifications & SkillsEducationBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, IT, Engineering, or related fieldExperience:6+ years hands-on SAP functional experience2+ full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations – Greenfield or BrownfieldTechnical ExpertiseSAP MM: Purchasing, Inventory Management, Invoice Verification, Material ValuationSpecialized: Service Parts Management (SPM) / Aftermarket LogisticsIntegration: EWM, SD, CS/SM, PM, FI/COS/4HANA: Simplifications, Embedded Analytics, Fiori Apps for Procurement/Inventory, Universal JournalTools: Data Migration, RICEFW, TestingCertifications PreferredSAP Certified – S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement / Materials ManagementSoft SkillsStrong stakeholder management & workshop facilitationExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work with on-site business teams and offshore technical teamsStrong documentation and communication skillsAbility to work under pressure during go-live and hypercareSkills: procurement,spare parts,supply chain,service parts,go,supply,data,sales,sap,management
