Findmore Consulting S.A. is a company specialized in Information Technologies founded in 2006 and with more than 400 consultants.Our services include infrastructure and cloud, software development and agility where contribute to major projects in Portugal and Europe.We're looking for talented, purpose-driven people to join our teams!Main Tasks & Responsibilities:Coordinate Finance and Supply workstreams across V1 core model alignment and V2 deployments in North America and SpainCoordinate R2R/EPM, O2C, P2P, Supply and Spain functional leadsTrack dependencies, decisions, readiness and key risks across the programmeMonitor V1/V2 capacity and escalate risks to the Programme DirectorEnsure V2 and Spain decisions remain aligned with the V1 core modelTriage functional issues, drive resolution and escalate where requiredConsolidate functional readiness for governance forumsAct as the bridge between Functional Leads and the Programme DirectorCoordinate with the SI from the customer sideRequirements:10+ years of professional experienceSenior-level SAP S/4HANA transformation experienceStrong functional knowledge of R2R, O2C, P2P, EPM or Supply/MMExperience coordinating multi-country programmesExperience with RAID, governance and Design Authority processesExperience in customer-side SI coordinationStrong stakeholder and escalation management skillsNice to Have:Experience in complex SAP S/4HANA programmes across multiple countriesExperience working across Finance and Supply workstreamsExperience with V1/V2 core model and deployment alignmentExperience in North American and European programmesOther Requirements:Fluent in EnglishAbility to simplify complex problems and obtain a workable solution;Customer focus and service delivery;Availability to work in EU.SEND YOUR APPLICATION TO: fabio.valentim@findmore.eu;More information on our website: https://www.findmore.pt/careers/#jobs
