Senior SAP SuccessFactors & HCM Consultant – HR Track Lead, Delivery & Agentic AI

We’re hiring: Senior SAP SuccessFactors & HCM Consultant - HR Track LeadWe are looking for a senior, hands-on SAP HR professional to lead the delivery of HR solutions across SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM and related platforms.This role is responsible for owning HR requirements from initial validation through configuration, testing, deployment and post-go-live support. You will work directly with HR process owners and be accountable for delivering practical, production-ready solutions.Key responsibilities:Own the HR functional backlog and deliver assigned requirements end to endConfigure and enhance SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including MDF, business rules, workflows, position management, event reasons and data modelsLead delivery across several HR areas, including UAE payroll, time management, recruiting, onboarding, performance, compensation, succession, learning, workforce planning and reportingTake ownership of complete HR sub-functions, including integrations, reporting, permissions, cutover and hypercareSupport UAE payroll and time-management processes, including payroll controls, wage types, PCRs, time evaluation, absences and accrualsManage integrations using Integration Center, SFAPI, OData and SAP Integration Suite/CPIBuild or specify reports using Story, People Analytics, Online Report Designer and SAP Analytics CloudSupport SuccessFactors release assessments and the HR workstream of the S/4HANA 2025 upgradeIdentify opportunities to replace legacy customizations with standard SAP functionalityWork with SAP Work Zone, Joule, SAP BTP and workflow automation to improve the employee experienceEvaluate HR AI and agentic use cases, ensuring appropriate controls for privacy, fairness, security, human review and auditabilityLead workshops, explain technical constraints clearly and challenge requirements when necessaryOwn testing, business acceptance, cutover planning, documentation and production supportWhat you bring:10+ years of SAP HR experience, including at least two full-cycle SuccessFactors implementationsDeep Employee Central configuration experienceStrong hands-on capability in at least four additional HR areasPractical experience with SAP HCM PA/OM, integrations, reporting, permissions and HR-finance processesDemonstrated ability to deliver independently from requirement through productionExperience with UAE or GCC payroll is highly preferredStrong understanding of responsible AI in employment-related processesExcellent English communication and stakeholder-management skillsBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experienceExperience with S/4HANA upgrades, Work Zone, Joule, BTP, Employee Central Payroll or SAP Analytics Cloud is an advantage.If you are ready to take ownership of complex HR transformation and deliver solutions that work in production, we would like to hear from you.
