Senior SAP Transformation Lead

We are looking for an experienced SAP leader to take ownership of a complex SAP landscape within an established international organisation.This is a senior position combining SAP strategy, operational leadership and transformation. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across Technology, Finance and other business functions to ensure the SAP environment supports both current operations and future business requirements.The role would suit an experienced SAP Manager, SAP Transformation Lead or senior SAP professional who has successfully led teams and complex SAP initiatives within an international environment.Your ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of the overall SAP strategy and operational roadmapLead and develop SAP teams and coordinate multiple SAP workstreamsDrive the continuous improvement and modernisation of the SAP landscapeWork closely with Finance, Accounting, Procurement and other business functionsEnsure SAP solutions effectively support key end-to-end business processesManage relationships with senior internal stakeholders and external partnersOversee SAP projects, system improvements, integrations and transformation initiativesEstablish clear priorities and ensure reliable delivery across the SAP environmentSupport the organisation's longer-term SAP and technology strategyYour Profile10+ years of professional experience working with SAPSeveral years of experience in a leadership or senior SAP management positionStrong understanding of SAP-supported business processes, particularly across Finance and ProcurementExperience managing complex SAP landscapes and transformation programmesGood understanding of SAP architecture, integrations and system modernisationExperience working closely with senior business and technology stakeholdersStrong leadership and stakeholder management skillsAbility to combine strategic thinking with operational responsibilityExperience working within a complex or international organisationFluent English; German language skills would be beneficialWhat You Can ExpectYou will join a modern, international organisation undergoing continued development of its SAP and technology landscape.
