Tailor my CV for this job — freeJob Vacancy: Senior Scientific Consultant – Clinical Laboratory DiagnosticsAdvance Medical Company is seeking an experienced Senior Scientific & Technical Consultant to provide advanced scientific guidance and technical support to improve the quality and efficiency of clinical laboratory operations.Qualifications & Experience:
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience for Ph.D. holders, or 8–10 years for Master’s degree holders.
- Experience must be within clinical or reference laboratories.Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Strong knowledge of international laboratory quality standards, relevant guidelines, and laboratory test method validation.
- Evaluate laboratory performance, identify improvement opportunities, and provide scientific and technical recommendations.
- Analyze technical issues, conduct root cause analysis, and improve pre-analytical practices.
- Prepare professional scientific and technical advisory reports.
