As we scale our footprint in North America, we are seeking a seasoned expert to join our Silicon Valley team.The Role We are looking for a Senior Semiconductor Industry Analyst with a deep understanding of the global semiconductor supply chain (Foundry, Advanced Packaging, Memory, or AI Chips). In this role, you will act as a key thought leader, producing proprietary market reports, forecasting industry trends, and advising C-level executives on critical business decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct deep-dive market research and quantitative analysis on the global semiconductor sector, focusing on technology roadmaps, capacity planning, and pricing trends.Build and maintain robust supply and demand models for specific semiconductor segments (e.g., Wafer Foundry, DRAM/NAND, IC Design).Author insightful market reports, competitive analysis, and strategic whitepapers tailored for international enterprise clients.Deliver high-impact presentations and strategic consulting to global clients, institutional investors, and media partners.Collaborate cross-functionally with our Asia-based research teams to ensure synchronized global market intelligence.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Business, or related fields (Master’s or MBA preferred).5+ years of hands-on experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably in market research, strategic marketing, corporate strategy, or supply chain management.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex technical data into clear, strategic business narratives.Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. (Bilingual in Mandarin is a strong plus for effective collaboration with the APAC headquarters).Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a highly autonomous, hybrid work environment.Compensation (California Pay Transparency Act)Base Salary Range: $120,000 - $200,000 USD per year.Note: The actual base salary offered will depend on various factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, skills, relevant experience, and market location.Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, and performance-based bonuses.
