The company values continuous improvement, professional development, and a culture of accountability in all service operations.Role Description The Senior Services Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of Radiology equipment like CT scan, MRI, CathLab at customer locations and company facilities. This role includes diagnosing technical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and executing corrective actions to ensure equipment reliability and compliance with safety standards. The Senior Services Engineer will provide on-site technical support, document service activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex field issues. The position involves regular interaction with clinical staff and internal stakeholders, clear communication of service findings, and mentoring junior service personnel on best practices and procedures.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose and resolve complex equipment issues efficiently.Candidates must have minimum 6-8 years of experience in CT Scan, MRI, CathLab equipment and possess hands-on Field Service experience, including on-site installation, commissioning, and customer-facing support.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with healthcare professionals, internal teams, and vendors in a clear and professional manner.Candidates should possess solid Maintenance & Repair capabilities, including preventive maintenance planning and execution of corrective repairs.Relevant technical degree or diploma in engineering (biomedical, electronics, instrumentation, or related field) is preferred.Experience working with medical or high-precision equipment, and familiarity with safety and regulatory standards, is beneficial.Ability to interpret technical documentation, use diagnostic tools, and maintain accurate service records.Strong organizational skills, a commitment to customer service, and readiness to travel locally as required for field assignments.
