SENIOR SERVICE ENGINEER – HIGH PRESSURE & CENTRIFUGAL COMPRESSORS - GHANA

POSITION IS FOR GHANAThe Senior Service Engineer will be responsible for servicing, troubleshooting, commissioning, maintenance, and overhaul of high-pressure compressors, centrifugal compressors, and industrial blower systems at customer sites.Key Responsibilities· Carry out servicing, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and overhaul of high pressure and centrifugal compressor systems.· Diagnose mechanical, operational, vibration, lubrication, cooling, and performance related faults.· Must have strong hands-on experience with Aerzen blowers, Ingersoll Rand centrifugal compressors including TURBO AIR, MSG and CENTAC, as well as Kawasaki and FS Elliott compressor systems.· Carry out installation and commissioning of new compressor and blower equipment.· Perform major overhauls including dismantling, inspection, bearing and seal replacement, reassembly, alignment, testing, and commissioning.· Diagnose issues involving bearings, seals, gears, rotors, impellers, couplings, lubrication systems, cooling systems, and associated components.· Review operating parameters including pressure, temperature, vibration, flow, speed, and discharge conditions.· Identify spare parts required for servicing, repairs, and major overhaul activities.· Prepare detailed service reports and technical recommendations following inspections and repairs.· Provide technical support during emergency breakdowns and assist customers with troubleshooting of equipment.· Apply Health and Safety requirements and good engineering practices at all customer sites.Profile of Candidate· Qualification: BE Mechanical in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification.· Experience: Minimum 10 to 15 years of hands-on experience with a reputable compressor or blower manufacturer or service company.· Must have strong experience with High Pressure Compressors and Centrifugal Compressors.· Must have experience with equipment such as TURBO AIR, MSG, CENTAC, Kawasaki, FS Elliott, and Aerzen.· Must have experience carrying out major compressor overhauls and field troubleshooting.· OEM training or certification would be an added advantage.· International field service experience would be an added advantage.· Must be willing to travel within Ghana, West Africa, and internationally when required.· Good communication, troubleshooting, and customer service skills are necessary for this position.Preferred OEM / Company Experience· Ingersoll Rand / CENTAC / MSG / TURBO AIR· Aerzen· Kawasaki· FS Elliott· Atlas Copco· Siemens Energy / Dresser Rand
