What you'll be doing:✔️ Designing, developing, and customising applications and solutions on the ServiceNow platform.✔️ Configuring and enhancing ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements.✔️ Developing Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Workflows, and Flow Designer solutions.✔️ Building and maintaining integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.✔️ Creating reports, dashboards, forms, and workflows that improve user experience and operational efficiency.✔️ Working closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.✔️ Supporting platform upgrades, troubleshooting complex issues, and driving continuous improvement.✔️ Following ServiceNow development best practices while contributing to Agile delivery teams.What we're looking for:🔹 3+ years' experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.🔹 Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and ServiceNow architecture.🔹 Experience with ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalogue, and Knowledge Management.🔹 Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.🔹 A solid understanding of ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.🔹 Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.Bonus points if you have:⭐ ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM).⭐ ITIL certification or knowledge.⭐ Experience with HRSD, CSM, SecOps, or other ServiceNow modules.⭐ Knowledge of CMDB best practices and enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.If you're passionate about building high-quality ServiceNow solutions and want to work on exciting enterprise projects with a collaborative team, we'd love to hear from you.📩 Apply now or send me a direct message for more information.
