Senior Service Technician

We are expanding our team and are looking for an experienced Senior Motorcycle Technician with a strong background in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining high-performance motorcycles.If you are passionate about superbikes and have extensive hands-on workshop experience, we would like to hear from you.Key Requirements:• 7–10 years of hands-on experience working on high performance motorcycles (600cc & above)• Strong experience in motorcycle servicing, repairs, engine overhauls, and troubleshooting• Ability to read and understand English service manuals, workshop manuals, wiring diagrams, and parts catalogues• Good computer skills with experience using OBD diagnostic tools and motorcycle tuning software• Experience with ECU programming and exhaust/fuel mapping• Strong knowledge of motorcycle electrical and electronic systems• Ability to diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical faults• Experience working with Italian, European & American brands• Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures and workshop best practices• Ability to work independently and manage repair jobs from diagnosis to final quality inspection• Familiarity with workshop equipment, specialized tools, and diagnostic instruments• Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment• UAE or GCC motorcycle driving license is an advantagePreferred Skills:• Experience with brands such as Aprilia, Ducati, BMW, KTM, & Harley Davidson• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills• Strong attention to detail and quality standards• Ability to communicate effectively with workshop staff & be a team playerWhat We Offer:• Competitive salary based on experience• Career growth opportunities• Professional and well-equipped workshop environment• Opportunity to work with premium and high-performance motorcyclesIf this is you or someone that you know of, we’d love to hear from you!
