Senior Site Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Engineer to join our project team and support the execution of major landscape, public realm, and construction projects.The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on site experience, with the ability to manage daily construction activities, coordinate multiple disciplines, and ensure works are delivered according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage daily site activities and ensure works are executed according to approved drawings and specifications.Coordinate civil, landscape, irrigation, hardscape, softscape, and MEP works on site.Review construction drawings, method statements, technical requirements, and site conditions before execution.Manage and monitor subcontractors, manpower, materials, and equipment to achieve project targets.Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal engineering and project teams.Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues that may impact construction progress.Monitor project progress against the approved schedule and highlight potential delays and risks.Follow up on RFIs, inspections, NCRs, and corrective actions.Ensure all site activities comply with required QA/QC and HSE standards.Coordinate material requirements and ensure availability in line with the construction schedule.Support testing, snagging, completion, and project handover activities.Prepare and maintain daily/weekly progress updates and site records.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.Minimum 7 years of relevant construction/site experience.Strong experience in landscape, public realm, infrastructure, or major construction projects.Proven experience managing subcontractors and multiple construction activities on site.Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications, method statements, and technical requirements.Strong knowledge of site execution, quality control, and HSE requirements.Experience coordinating civil, landscape, irrigation, and MEP disciplines.Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
