Senior SME Microsoft Infrastructure & Endpoint EngineerExperience: 8–12+ YearsLevel: Senior / SMEWe are seeking a Senior / SME Microsoft Infrastructure & Endpoint Engineer with strong hands-on experience in VMware, Hyper-V, Active Directory, Windows Server, Exchange and SCCM/MECM. The candidate will serve as an L3/SME escalation point for on-premises infrastructure and provide L2 support for Entra ID, Intune and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and troubleshoot enterprise VMware vSphere and Hyper-V environments, including clusters, HA, DRS, vMotion, storage and virtual networking.Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, DFS, WSUS and Windows Server 2012 R2–2025.Administer and troubleshoot Exchange Server 2013/2016/2019, including DAG, mail flow, connectors, certificates and Hybrid Exchange.Manage SCCM/MECM including application deployment, patching, OSD, software distribution, compliance and Co-Management.Provide L2 support for Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot, Conditional Access and Defender for Endpoint.Develop PowerShell automation for infrastructure administration and health monitoring.Support migrations, upgrades, backup/DR, security hardening and performance optimization.Act as L3 escalation point, perform RCA, resolve critical incidents and mentor junior engineers.Maintain technical documentation and participate in change/on-call activities.Required SkillsVMware & Hyper-V — SME/L3Active Directory & Windows Server — SME/L3Exchange Server & Hybrid — SME/L3SCCM/MECM — SME/L3DNS/DHCP/GPO — StrongPowerShell — StrongEntra ID, Intune & Defender for Endpoint — L2Azure / Microsoft 365 — L2Enterprise/MSP infrastructure experienceQualifications8–12+ years of relevant enterprise infrastructure experience.5+ years VMware hands-on experience.Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related field preferred.Relevant Microsoft, VMware and ITIL certifications are a plus.
