Senior SMM manager

We are currently looking for a strong Senior SMM Manager based in Dubai with exceptional visual taste, high content awareness and strong experience in UAE market. We work with global premium and luxury brands (including Bentley, Trussardi, Elie Saab, and others).

Key Responsibilities

Develop content strategies and editorial guidelines across all group brands Manage 4+ accounts across multiple platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) Align key content directly with the agency CEO Build and optimize internal SMM workflows independently - no micromanagement Track channel metrics using specialized SMM analytics tools and platforms to continuously optimize performanceRequirements Dubai-based experience is required Agency background working with diverse clients and products Experience in Real Estate or Luxury segments is a strong plus Figma proficiency: Practical skills to create or quickly modify layouts, design social media grids, and prepare brief templates for design teams Practical experience with SMM analytical platforms Languages: Fluent English, Russian would be a plus Process-oriented mindset: Ability to build workflows from scratch Growth Ambition: High potential and motivation to step into a Team Lead rolePortfolio Requirements: Agency cases across diverse niches and products Strong visual aesthetics and high-end content examples Results in Premium or B2B segments are a big plusBenefits Competitive salary package UAE Residency Visa & Medical Insurance Paid annual leave Fast career growth within a high-profile, growing company
