Senior Social Media & Digital Growth Manager

We’re hiring: Senior Social Media & Digital Growth Manager - Dubai We’re looking for an experienced manager to lead social media and digital growth across DECA Properties, DECA Developments.You’ll own Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and YouTube: publishing reels and stories, building relevant audiences, managing communities and improving performance. You’ll also run Google Search, Google Display, YouTube and paid social campaigns. You’ll work with an established marketing team, including videographers, a PR specialist and support staff who provide videos, reels, photography and campaign material. What we need:- Minimum five years in social media management; five to seven years preferred.- Evidence that you have grown business or client accounts from small audiences to substantially larger, engaged communities.- Hands-on experience across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and YouTube.- Google Ads and paid social experience, including campaign setup, targeting, budgets, testing and measurement.- Practical AI and automation skills for content workflows, audience engagement and reporting.- Strong planning, copywriting, analytics and teamwork across multiple brands.
