In this role, you will:Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvementGather, document, and manage detailed business requirementsTranslate business needs into functional specificationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and stakeholdersFacilitate clear communication between technical and non-technical teamsIdentify opportunities for process optimizationEnsure solutions align with business goals and deliver valueQualificationsStrong analytical skills and expertise in business analysisMinimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar roleDeep understanding of business processes and improvement strategiesProven ability to gather and document business requirementsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience in full project lifecycle (requirements, testing, implementation)Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in MS Office and project/analysis toolsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fieldCertifications like CBAP or PMI-PBA will be a plus
