About the RoleWe are looking for an Software Engineer C++ to join our software development team.You will work on high-performance 3D graphics and C++ technology.This position is ideal for an engineer with strong low-level programming skills who enjoys working close to the GPU, solving performance challenges and developing sophisticated rendering technology.Your ResponsibilitiesDevelop, optimise and maintain high-performance C++ software for real-time rendering applications.Develop graphics functionality using Vulkan, OpenXL or OpenGLWork across different areas of the rendering pipeline, from CPU-side rendering architecture to GPU executionDevelop and optimise GPU shaders using GLSLImplement modern rendering techniques including lighting, shadows, post-processing and physically based renderingAnalyse and improve CPU and GPU performanceOptimise rendering pipelines for frame time, memory usage and throughputDevelop solutions for handling complex and high-poly 3D scenesWork with techniques such as LOD, instancing, culling and indirect renderingDebug rendering and GPU performance issues using specialist graphics toolsContribute to the architecture and continued development of the rendering engineCollaborate closely with other C++ and graphics engineersYour ProfileSeveral years of professional experience with C++17 / C++20Strong background in 3D graphics and real-time renderingKnoweldge with OpenXR or WebRTC Fluent English speaking
