Primary Responsibilities: Understanding the flow of code and how it interacts with different componentsUnderstanding project documents, customer demands, and product objectives to create and execute test casesSetting up, maintaining, and performing test automation frameworks on multiple application platforms, and building test scenarios and acceptance testsCreates & manages bug reports and communicate with the teamInvestigates customer problems referred by the technical support teamParticipates in a cross-functional team working in a highly dynamic agile environmentWork closely with developers to improve the testability of our applicationsBuild scripts and tools to integrate into our continuous integration pipelineDefines testing strategies to ensure the product being released is up to industry and company standardsAble to mentor, guide, and enhance SDETs technical capabilities in the selection of the test frameworks, tools, and processesCreates testing plans, including individual testing phases, and ensures the team meets the deadlines set forth in those plansIdentifies risk and creates plans to mitigate itRequirementsComputer Science degree or equivalent. Minimum 3+ years of experience. Demonstrated passion for testing, development, and designDemonstrated passion for learning new technologies. Strong consistency and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to collaborate. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design. Strong knowledge in one or more of Java, C, C++, or C#.
