Job Responsibilities

Design and develop AI solutions using Python and LLMsCollaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into AI systemsImplement and integrate AI solutions with APIs, databases, and backend servicesEvaluate and monitor the performance of AI modelsOptimize cost and efficiency of AI solutionsEnsure compliance with enterprise and regulatory requirementsEngage in client and stakeholder interactions to gather requirements and provide updates

Job Requirements

MTech, MCA, BTech, BE, ME or equivalent qualification4-6 years of hands-on experience with PythonPractical experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs)Proficiency in agent-based AI workflowsSolid understanding of prompt design, tool/function calling, RAG and vector search conceptsExperience integrating AI solutions with APIs, databases, and backend servicesAbility to think at both implementation and architecture levelsWorking knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Agno or similarExposure to multi-agent systemsExperience with LLM evaluation, monitoring, or guardrailsUnderstanding of LLM cost management and optimisationExperience working in enterprise or regulated environmentsClient-facing or stakeholder interaction experience
