Senior Software Engineer – Airline Pricing & ATPCO

Location: Dubai, UAE (Client Site)Salary: AED 10,000 – AED 13,000 / monthBenefits: Work visa, air tickets, medical insurance, gratuity, paid time offExperience: 5–8 years of relevant experienceCinergie Digital is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade backend applications within the pricing, revenue management, and travel technology domain. The role centers on Python-based backend development, API design, and microservices architecture, working closely with business stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver scalable, data-driven platforms.Key Responsibilities• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python, FastAPI, and Flask• Build and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices for enterprise and customer-facing applications• Develop solutions supporting fare management, fare rules, ATPCO-based processes, fare construction, footnote management, rule processing, and pricing automation• Own the full software development lifecycle: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support• Apply advanced analytical techniques using SQL, Python, and Pandas to support pricing and revenue decisions• Contribute to forecasting, recommendation, and predictive analytics initiatives• Collaborate with product and business teams to translate pricing and revenue requirements into technical solutionsRequired Technical Skills• Strong hands-on experience with Python, FastAPI, and Flask• Solid grounding in REST API design and microservices architecture• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases• Advanced analytical skills with SQL, Python, Excel, Pandas, and data visualization tools• Exposure to predictive analytics and machine learning models• Strong knowledge of ATPCO fares, fare rules, fare categories, footnotes, fare construction, and ancillary pricing is required• Experience with Revenue Management and Fare Management systems• Knowledge of NLP, LLMs, LangChain, and Generative AI technologies is a plusCandidate Profile• 5–8 years of backend software engineering experience• Demonstrated ownership of production systems end to end• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with data-driven decision making• Hands-on experience with airline Passenger Service Systems (PSS) / fare and pricing platforms is required
