Location: Dubai, UAE (Client Site)Salary: AED 10,000 – AED 13,000 / monthBenefits: Work visa, air tickets, medical insurance, gratuity, paid time offExperience: 5–8 years of relevant experienceReference: FZ-AE-492Cinergie Digital is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to support and administer an on-premises AMOS aircraft maintenance (MRO) platform and to build the integrations connecting it with surrounding airline engineering and operations systems. The role combines hands-on Java development with system administration — keeping the platform available and performant, and translating business requirements into reliable interface solutions.Key Responsibilities• Support and administer the on-premises AMOS aircraft maintenance system, ensuring availability, performance, and responsive user support.• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between AMOS and surrounding airline operations and engineering platforms (e.g., ops control and crew scheduling, electronic techlog, and resource management systems).• Translate business requirements from maintenance and engineering stakeholders into reliable, well-documented technical solutions.• Build and support interfaces using Java and standard integration patterns (APIs, messaging, file-based exchange).• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve system and interface incidents through to root cause.• Manage patches, upgrades, and environment configuration for the on-premises platform in coordination with the product vendor.• Document system architecture, interface specifications, and support procedures.Required Technical Skills• 5–8 years of software engineering experience with strong hands-on Java development.• Hands-on experience with AMOS or a comparable aircraft maintenance (MRO) system is required.• Proven integration experience — REST/SOAP APIs, messaging, and file-based interfaces between enterprise systems.• Experience administering and supporting on-premises enterprise applications (availability, performance, upgrades).• Solid SQL and database skills for interface data handling and troubleshooting.• Familiarity with airline engineering/operations platforms (e.g., crew scheduling, electronic techlog, resource management) is a strong advantage.Candidate Profile • 5–8 years in engineering roles combining development, integration, and application support.• Comfortable owning a mission-critical platform end-to-end, including incident response.• Clear communicator with technical and operational stakeholders alike.• Structured, documentation-minded, and dependable in an onsite delivery environment.
