We are looking for someone who shares this vision and who wants to be part of the team that is building the solutions of the future in the corporate healthcare sector.Your key responsibilitiesCollaborate closely with architects and systems analysts to understand software requirements and contribute to solution designDesign and develop new features and enhancements focused on Automation, Workflows, and AI projects, while evolving shared backend components used across process automation and integration solutionsMediate cross-team technical dependencies, ensuring that changes in one area do not introduce issues or duplicate efforts in anotherUse low-code platforms to develop automation modules, as well as Java and PHP-based componentsOrganize and prioritize work effectivelyContribute to the technical growth and mentoring of junior team membersWhat we need from youBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field6+ years of experience in similar rolesBroad systems background, with experience working across different technology stacks within the same organization.
