You will take full ownership of backend system design anddevelopment, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability. You willcollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, mentor junior engineers, and driveinnovation in our backend servicesResponsibilitiesArchitect, Design, and Implement robust backend solutions in Java to support new features and productsLead End-to-End Projects: Own the entire development cycle (from requirements gathering to production deployment) with minimal supervisionOptimize Performance & Scalability: Conduct code reviews, optimize databases, and fine-tune microservices to maintain responsive and reliable systems under high trafficEnsure Code Quality & Best Practices: Establish and enforce coding standards, testing strategies, and documentation for the teamCollaboration: Share knowledge on Java best practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvementCross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with product managers, frontend engineers, and DevOps to deliver cohesive, high-quality releases on scheduleTroubleshoot and Debug: Diagnose issues in production, implement long-term fixes, and proactively prevent downtime or regressionsQualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field3+ years of professional experience in Java backend developmentStrong understanding of Spring/Spring Boot frameworks, RESTful API design, and microservices architectureProficiency with SQL/NoSQL databases, and knowledge of database performance optimizationFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)Demonstrated ability to independently lead projects from concept to deploymentExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex systems in production environments
