As a Senior Software Engineer, you play a crucial role in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software systems. This position requires a high level of technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Responsibilities:Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of software engineersMentor and coach junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learningContribute to the design and architecture of complex software solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall system architectureWrite high-quality, scalable, and maintainable codeParticipate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standardsLead or contribute to project planning and estimationCollaborate with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutionsCreate and maintain technical documentation for code, design, and architectureEnsure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to the teamWork closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, QA, and operationsCollaborate with other software engineers to promote best practices and knowledge sharingRequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, or a related field5+ years of experience in software development, with substantial experience in backend and cloud infrastructureExpert-level proficiency in designing and developing high-performance, concurrent applications with Java, Python, Ruby, ScalaStrong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principlesExperience with distributed systems, microservices architecture, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)Solid knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools, including unit testing and integration testing for backend applicationsDemonstrated ability to lead projects, collaborate effectively with teams, and mentor junior engineersExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to tackle complex technical challengesFamiliarity with additional programming languages, such as Golang, is a plusPassionate about software development and eager to stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Software DevelopmentIf you are a passionate and driven Software Engineer with a proven track record in backend development, eager to work with the latest technologies and contribute to the development of cutting-edge applications, we encourage you to apply.
