Senior Fullstack Engineer - £80,000-£110,000 + Equity | Hybrid, LondonWe're partnering with a fast-growing software company building AI-powered workflow and operational tools used by mission-driven organisations across the UK.Their platform helps customers streamline complex processes, reduce administrative overhead, and make better use of their data. With a growing customer base and strong product adoption, they're now looking to expand their engineering team with an experienced Fullstack Engineer.The team is small, ambitious, and built around ownership. Engineers are trusted to make decisions, move quickly, and take features from concept through to production. You'll have the opportunity to shape both the product and technical direction while working closely with a highly collaborative team.What you'll be doing:• Writing full stack code across frontend and backend in TypeScript• Shaping architecture across new and existing product areas• Owning complex features from initial scoping through to production and ongoing iteration• Building internal and customer-facing tooling to support platform growth• Mentoring other engineers and helping raise the technical bar across the team• Writing tests, documentation, and sharing knowledge with the wider businessWhat they're looking for:• 6+ years of experience working across TypeScript, Node.js and React• Strong experience with databases and cloud infrastructure, ideally including MongoDB and AWS• Experience building CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes• Exposure to search, analytics, or data-heavy systems would be beneficial• Experience shipping products end-to-end within a startup or small engineering team• Strong computer science fundamentals through either a degree or equivalent practical experience• Comfortable leveraging AI tooling to improve productivity and development workflows• Someone who enjoys ownership, autonomy, and building products with meaningful real-world impactIf you're interested in learning more, apply directly or get in touch for a confidential conversation!
